Demo Video For Every Exercise
Every one of the 340+ exercises has a short demo video showing proper form and movement.

How To Do A Bulgarian Split Squat
- Back foot on a bench, back knee on the floor. Push your hips forward until upright, then set the front foot so the front knee is at about 90°.
- With straight arms, tip forward until your hands hang over mid-foot. Weight even heel to toe, about 90% on the front leg; the back foot is just for balance.
- Hold that position, pick up the dumbbells and stand. Keep them moving straight up and down over mid-foot, as if on rails.
- Hips and shoulders face forward, chest over the front knee, shin and torso at a similar angle.

How To Do An Incline Dumbbell Press
- Set the bench to 30–45°. Sit with the dumbbells on your thighs, handles low in your palms across the thumb web.
- Rock back and kick the weights up one at a time with your knees. Tuck your elbows at a comfortable angle, not flared.
- Shoulder blades down, upper back flat on the pad, feet wide and driving into the floor.
- Breathe in and brace. With forearms vertical, press to lockout, breathe out, lower with control. Let the shoulder blades move, but keep them down.

How To Do A Barbell Row
- Rack the bar at knee height, take a wide overhand grip, lift off and step back.
- Feet hip-width, pelvis level, stomach braced hard. Hinge until the bar slides just past your knees.
- Drive your elbows back to bring the bar to your stomach, elbows about 45°, shoulder blades squeezed.
- Lower slowly to straight arms, letting the shoulder blades spread for a full stretch.

How To Do A Cable Pullover
- Lie on a bench about 2 ft from the machine, in line with the cable, pulley 2½–3 ft above it.
- Hold the rope with arms out in front, at roughly 90° to the cable.
- Lower back pressed down, ribs down. Let the cable take your arms overhead, stopping at about forehead height; further takes work off the lats.
- Pull back down, bending the elbows slightly from halfway, finishing with arms by your thighs.

How To Do An Upper Chest Fly
- Set a bench at 60° facing the cable machine, pulleys at their lowest.
- Position the bench so the cables meet your arms at about 90° partway through the lift.
- Sit back, chest up, shoulders back and down, back flat.
- Raise your hands forward and up, curving slightly inward past halfway. Stop at eye-level elbows, then lower under control.
